

Yup, that’s me…
My name is Jesse and I’m here because I was tired of being tired. So I made a plan, to workout for 160 days and see what would happen to my body. No specific goal in mind more of an observation really and so far I’ve learned…I’m …out of shape. Another part of this venture was my quest to eat better. As I learn new recipes that are healthy for me the easier it gets.
