OH YEAH I DO ANON! I just put up a quick routine HERE . I am glad to here you are getting back in shape, just remember when first starting out it’s better to build the habit, get yourself used to setting aside 1hr for a workout or 1/2hr whatever it is you can afford. Just push yourself to do SOMETHING everyday - and that will make all the difference.
After you’ve built up your conditioning that’s when you should push to do more.
